Nato warning over fragile ceasefire in Ukraine

The ceasefire between government forces and pro-Russia rebels in eastern Ukraine is largely holding, but Nato's top military commander, General Philip Breedlove, has told a US Senate Committee he's concerned the lull is being used by the rebels to prepare for another offensive.

That fear is evident in the city of Odessa - which has been the target of a bombing campaign in recent months.
