Azerbaijan fire: Sixteen die in apartment block blaze

Reports from Azerbaijan say 16 people have died in a fire at an apartment building in the capital, Baku.

More than 50 people were injured.

Officials said the bad quality of plastic panelling covering the building contributed to the fire.

An investigation has been launched to determine its cause.
