EU leaders discuss Russia and ex-Soviet countries
European Union leaders are holding a second day of talks in Riga, Latvia, with the relationship with Russia and six former Soviet countries at the top of their agenda.
They are expected to reaffirm their commitment to developing political and economic ties with Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Moldova.
On Thursday, European Council President Donald Tusk criticised what he described as the aggressive and bullying tactics used by Russia.
