Angela Merkel considers 'Europe of different speeds'

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said she and British PM David Cameron have different opinions on the EU but "we have always been able to pursue a Europe at different speeds".

Mr Cameron is starting renegotiation of the terms of Britain's EU membership ahead of a referendum.

Mrs Merkel has pledged to try to find a solution to the UK's drive for reform.
