Greek PM Tsipras promises 'no cuts in wages or pensions'
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras insists that the deal brokered with Greece's creditors will mean "no cuts in wages or pensions".
He accepted that the measures were "harsh" but allowed for "milder fiscal adjustment".
He explained that the current agreement allowed the country to reach a 3% surplus by 2018, rather than 2016.
