German MP Martin Patzelt on taking in Eritrean refugees

A German MP who has taken two Eritrean refugees into his home has explained why.

Eritreans Haben, 19, and Awet, 24, have been staying with conservative politician Martin Patzelt for a month and he is helping to find them work.

"To house someone... to ensure that refugees have a face and a name... that reduces polarisation, enmity and fear," he told German media.
