Hungary promises tough action on migrants

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has promised tougher action on migrants, saying that people who illegally cross in to his country will be arrested.

Hungary is currently building a fence to protect its border.

More than 430,000 refugees and migrants have crossed the Mediterranean to Europe so far this year, according to the latest figures.
