Migrant crisis: Record numbers arrive in Germany

A steady flow of migrants is continuing through the Balkans and Central Europe despite attempts to restrict them, as the EU struggles to weather the crisis.

Reports from Germany suggest that nearly 8,000 migrants arrived in the state of Bavaria on Wednesday, twice the number for the previous day.

Jenny Hill reports from the Germany-Austria border, in the city of Rosenheim where the army are putting up tents to provide emergency shelter.
