France floods: Water 'waist-high in minutes'

A British holidaymaker has described how sudden storms and flooding in Antibes left he and other tourists cut-off from their campsite and sheltering in an office.

Warren Greene, from London, said that the flood level rose to waist-height "within minutes".

At least 16 people were killed across south-eastern France with three more missing, according to officials.
