Paris attacks: Eiffel tower lights dimmed out of respect

One of the attackers who killed 129 people in Paris has been identified by French investigators.

French citizen Omar Ismail Mostefai was 29 years old and was known to have been radicalised.

France is observing three days of mourning for the 129 people who were killed.
