'Free hugs' offered to Parisians as France remembers

A spontaneous 'free hugs' circle broke out at the Place de la Republique this afternoon in Paris.

People took it in turns to get a hug from three different people brandishing free hugs signs, with some people breaking into tears as they received their hug.

France is marking three days of national mourning for the 129 people who were killed in attacks on restaurants, a concert hall and a sports stadium.
