Paris raids: Empty streets of Saint-Denis

Explosions and gunfire were heard in the suburb of Saint-Denis in Paris on Wednesday morning.

Armed police searching for suspects in Friday's attacks raided a flat.

Roads have been blocked off around Rue de la Republique in Saint-Denis, in the same district as the Stade de France where suicide attackers detonated bombs on Friday.

Tom Burridge reports from the area nearby, where streets have been left all but deserted.
