Second fence under construction at Macedonia-Greece border

The European Union has given Greece three months to fix its border controls, in a move that could allow other Schengen zone states to maintain internal border controls.

Police and border guards from six European countries have been sent to the Macedonian-Greek border to help stem the numbers of migrants crossing the frontier illegally.

Richard Galpin reports on a second fence being constructed on the border to try to stem the flow of migrants.
