Bulgaria migrants capture video condemned

There has been an outcry after footage emerged of vigilante groups in Bulgaria rounding up migrants, forcing them to the ground and tying them up.

The government had initially welcomed the help of such groups who were detaining migrants illegally crossing the border from Turkey, but they have now reversed their position after the video was widely condemned.
