Ban Ki-moon 'alarmed at growing xenophobia'

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has criticised "increasingly restrictive" policies on migrants in Europe.

He was addressing Austrian MPs a day after they approved a bill that would restrict asylum rights.
