France floods: 'Ground floor is completely submerged'

Floodwaters in Paris continue to rise with the River Seine due to hit a peak of up to 6.5m (21ft) later on Friday.

The town of Nemours, some 55 miles south of the French capital, has been particularly badly hit.

British student Lamorna Hooker is working in a village nearby and told the BBC how her colleagues' homes had been flooded and their cars submerged.
