Spain elections: No majority for Rajoy's People's Party

Spain's caretaker prime minister, Mariano Rajoy, has claimed victory for his centre-right People's Party in the second general election in just over six months.

However the party has fallen short of an outright majority, as Sarah Rainsford reports from Madrid.
