Nice attack 'cannot be blamed on mental disorder'

Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel, the Nice assailant who killed more than 80 people during Bastille Day celebrations, had a history of mental illness.

Dr Chamseddine Hamouda was the only psychiatrist who briefly treated Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel 12 years ago.

In an exclusive interview with the BBC, he spoke to Rana Jawad in the Tunisian city of Sousse.
