Migrants rescued off Libyan coast tell their stories

The Mediterranean Sea has developed the reputation for being the world's most dangerous crossing.

It's thought more than 3,000 people have died in its waters this year.

So why do refugees and migrants continue to make the journey?

The BBC heard from people rescued from the water by a ship operated by the charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF).
