Russia Paralympic boss Lukin says ban violates rights

The President of the Russian Paralympic Committee has said banning Russian athletes from the Rio Paralympics is a "gross human rights violation" and a "second-class political intrigue".

Vladimir Lukin admitted Russian paralympians had committed doping violations, but he said athletes from many other countries had done the same.

At the end of a news conference in Moscow he spoke to BBC Moscow correspondent Steve Rosenberg.
