Reports of voting fraud in Russia poll

United Russia, backed by President Vladimir Putin, is well ahead in the nation's parliamentary election, taking at least 45%, exit polls suggest.

Yet throughout the day there have been reports of voting fraud - and video to back them up. In some cases, webcams installed at polling stations recorded what appeared to be election officials stuffing ballot boxes.
