Houston flood: Arkema chemical plant fears

More fires and explosions are expected at the flood-damaged chemical plant near Houston, US.

The plant's boss said people should stay away from the area as more chemicals could degrade and combust.

But the US environment agency has said there is "no sign of dangerous toxicity" so far.
