Italy train crash: Causes of derailment near Milan still unclear

Investigators in Italy are working to find out what caused a train to derail near the northern city of Milan that killed at least three people.

Witnesses said the train trembled for a few minutes before the accident next to the Pioltello Limito station in the morning rush hour.
