'EU should use sanctions against Russia over Navalny'
Andrius Kubilius, the European Parliament's Standing Rapporteur on Russia has said sanctions should be used against those involved in the jailing of Alexei Navalny.
He told BBC World News the EU should consider the promotion of democracy as one of its main priorities and not have any more illusions about President Vladimir Putin.
