Riot police break up fake festival in Brussels

Police horses and a water cannon were used to disperse a fake concert in Brussels announced on social media as an April Fools' Day prank.

Police moved to enforce Belgium's strict Covid-19 social-distancing rules that prohibit gatherings of more than four people outdoors.
