US on Ukraine: 'We're ready either way'

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says a document has been delivered to Russia outlining a possible way forward over Ukraine.

With the ball in Russia’s court, the US and its allies will continue to strengthen Ukraine’s security by sending out more defence materiel in the coming days, Blinken said.
