Clashes intensify on third night of French riots

Forty thousand police officers have been deployed as violent protests spread to major cities in France. In the Parisian suburb of Nanterre, where a 17-year-old was fatally shot during a traffic stop, protesters torched cars, barricaded streets and hurled projectiles at police.
