Migrant boat appears to be struggling

The migrant boat can been seen appearing to struggle when approached by oil tanker Faithful Warrior.

It would later sink with the loss of up to 600 lives.

The footage further challenges the Greek coastguard's claim that the overcrowded vessel had been on a "steady course" to Italy and had not needed rescuing.
