Chilean Miners 'could be free by November'
A rescue worker at the San Jose mine has told the BBC's James Reynolds that he believes the miners trapped 700m (2,300ft) below the surface will be freed by November.
Estimates made by the Chilean Mining Minister, who suggested it could take up to four months before they could be rescued, were at the top end of the assessment, rescue coordinator Miguel Fortt says.
The 33 men became trapped after they took refuge in the chamber of the mine, where they managed to take shelter after a rock collapse on 5 August.
