Haitian towns under water after Hurricane Tomas rain

The most densely populated areas of Haiti escaped the worst impact of Hurricane Tomas, but some smaller towns are under water following torrential rainfall.

Authorities say at least six people have been killed and aid workers fear the conditions could worsen the current cholera epidemic in which more than 500 hundred people have now died.
