Cuba encouraging small businesses

Economic reforms are continuing in Cuba, where restaurants are now allowed to serve up to 50 customers at a time - more than twice the previous limit.

Some of the red tape involved in running private taxis has also been removed, and payroll taxes have been suspended until the end of the year to encourage budding entrepreneurs.
