Cubans win right to buy and sell property

Cuba has approved a law allowing citizens to buy and sell private property for the first time in fifty years.

In the past, Cubans could only swap properties through complicated barter arrangements.

It's part of a package of reforms aimed at reviving the country's struggling economy.
