Union's strike against Argentinian president

Thousands of workers gathered in the emblematic Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires, on Wednesday, during a general strike called by one of the main unions in Argentina, the General Labour Confederation.

During the demonstration labour leaders were demanding income taxes cuts.

Although the protest in the capital seemed to have a lot of support, the on-day strike did not paralyze the country as the public transport and services were working with normality.
