Mexico candidate refuses to concede
The Leftist candidate in the Mexican presidential election has said voting was plagued with irregularities and refused to rule out contesting the result, if his rival's lead is confirmed.
With almost all the votes now counted, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador of the Party of the Democratic Revolution is six points behind Enrique Pena Nieto, of the Institutional Revolutionary Party.
Mr Obrador claimed most of the media sponsored Enrique Pena Nieto.
