Renowned chef travels with Brazilian Olympic athletes
Brazilian athletes competing in the London Olympics will be able to have a taste of home during the meals at their training centre, in Crystal Palace.
Renowned chef Roberta Sudbrack, whose restaurant in Rio was rated number 71 in the world by London-based Restaurant magazine, heads the mixed British and Brazilian team that prepares the athletes' meals.
Dishes include national staples like farofa (toasted cassava flour), rice and beans, as well as salads and fruit, along with clearly displayed nutritional information.
