Mexico's presidential runner-up plans 'civil disobedience'

The leftist runner-up in Mexico's July presidential election, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, has created a new political youth movement, the National Regeneration Movement.

Speaking to a crowd of tens of thousands in Mexico City, Mr Lopez Obrador said that he still did not recognise Pena Nieto's victory at the election, and vowed to go ahead with a campaign of "non-violent civil disobedience".
