Mexico City blast: Emergency services 'responded quickly'
At least 14 people have been killed and another 80 injured in Mexico City after a blast at the headquarters of state oil company, Pemex.
Fernando Suinaga Cardenas from the Mexican Red Cross says that they responded within six minutes and sent 30 ambulances to the scene.
Speaking to the BBC, he said that he believed a heating system in the building had failed, but there has been no official explanation for the blast.
