Bolivian farmers increase quinoa production
Farmers in Bolivia have boosted production of a seed that has been described as one of the world's "superfoods".
Quinoa is rich in protein, minerals and vitamins and has become increasingly popular in the United States, Europe and Asia.
The seeds, which are resilient to droughts and poor soil could help boost global food security, according to UN's Food and Agriculture Organisation.
