Ruling means Brazil moves step closer to gay marriage
A judicial decision in Brazil means that gay marriage is getting closer than ever to becoming a reality in the country.
The National Council of Justice ruled that marriage licenses should not be denied to same sex couples, saying that it was wrong for registry offices to only offer them civil unions.
