Uruguayans on legal marijuana: 'It's a very innovative law'

Uruguay has become the first country in the world to legalise marijuana for recreational use, with the state taking control of the trade.

After twelve hours of debate, senators voted 16 to 13 in favour of a government-sponsored bill that makes it legal for Uruguayans to sell, grow and consume marijuana.

People on the streets of Uruguay's capital Montevideo spoke to the BBC about what they think of the idea.
