Foreign doctors plug gap in Brazil's poorest areas

When millions of Brazilians took to the streets asking for better public services, President Dilma Rousseff responded with the "More Doctors" Programme.

It was designed to provide healthcare in remote areas - but problems in recruiting trained personnel meant many of the staff were brought in from overseas.

The BBC's Julia Carneiro has been to see one of the new doctors in action.
