Mexican 'drug lord' Vicente Carrillo Fuentes arrested

The alleged leader of one of Mexico's most powerful crime syndicates has been arrested, government officials say.

Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, known as "the Viceroy", is believed to be the leader of the Juarez drug cartel.

He was arrested in the northern city of Torreon.
