Brazil Petrobras scandal: Rousseff visits ex-president Lula

Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff has visited her predecessor, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, a day after he was questioned as part of a corruption investigation.

Lula has said his detention is part of a media campaign to sully his image.
