Panama president promises commission to review financial practices

The president of Panama has promised to create an independent commission to review his country's financial practices.

Juan Carlos Varela says international experts will help make his country's financial and legal systems more transparent.

The review comes after a huge leak of documents from Mossack Fonseca that showed how tax havens are used to hide wealth.
