Cyclone in southern Brazil kills at least 21 people
At least twenty-one people have died in southern Brazil, after a cyclone made landfall in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
The governor, Eduardo Leite, said it was the state's worst ever weather disaster.
The president of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, said the federal government was ready to help.
