Syrian refugees speak of experiences under security crackdown

The Syrian President, Bashar Al-Assad, has reportedly conceded security forces have made mistakes in their handling of protests.

His comments were carried by a Syrian newspaper.

More than 800 people are believed to have died in the crackdown on demonstrations in the past few months.

Meanwhile, the number of refugees crossing the border from Syria to Lebanon is increasing.
