President of Yemen wounded in attack on compound
The president of Yemen, Ali Abdullah Saleh, has been wounded in an attack on the presidential compound in the capital Sanaa.
Officials say at least two shells hit a mosque in the compound and several guards were killed.
The shelling occurred as President Saleh's forces and armed tribesmen fought their latest battle in the capital, which has seen numerous clashes during the unrest.
