More Syrians flee to camp cities on Turkish border

At least four civilians were reportedly killed by security forces during house-to-house raids and at funerals held for those killed in Friday's rallies in Syria, activists say.

As the crackdown continues, many people have been fleeing across the border to Turkey, where the authorities say they are nearing completion of a new refugee camp built to house some 10,000 people.
