Gilad Shalit: Five years in captivity

The first of more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners to be freed as part of an exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit have left jail.

Sgt Shalit was seized in 2006 by Hamas militants who tunnelled into Israel.
