ICC Spokesman: NTC must comply and surrender al-Islam

Fadi El Abdallah, a spokesperson for the International Criminal Court, has told the BBC that it is a legal obligation for the Libyan authorities to co-operate with the ICC to surrender Saif al-Islam.

However, he added that the law remains unless the Libyan government makes a formal request to the ICC judges.
